Prom Layaway Policy

All Dressed Up offers a 90 day Prom Layaway Plan:

• Customers may cancel within the 90 day period and receive a store credit note for their deposits less a $50 re-stocking fee.
• Layaways not picked up within the 90 day period are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of all deposits.
• layaways are not subject to price adjustments after 10 days of purchase. If the item goes on sale at later date, while the item is on layaway, the price does not change. (for both prom and regular)

If the item goes on sale at a later date, while the item is on layaway, the price does not change.

 

Return Policies:

• We do not offer refunds
• Returns for exchange or store credit may be done within 7 days of purchase (goods must be unused and with original tags)

 

Layaway Policies:

• Layaway purchases require a 50% deposit
• Layaways may be cancelled within a 60 day period less a $50 restocking fee
• Layaways not picked up within 60 days are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of deposit less a $50.00 restocking fee.
• Layaways not picked up within 60 days are subject to cancellation and forfeit of deposit.
• Prom layaways are an exception to this policy (Please see prom policies)
• Layaways are not subject to price adjustments. If the item goes on sale at a later date, while the item is on layaway, the price does not change.

Credit Notes:

• Credit notes may not be used on sale items.

 

Sale Items:

• All sales on marked down items are final.
